Using Connect Bridge to Control Your Home

Lutron Homeworks integrates with the three major voice-controlled application devices using the Lutron connect bridge and allows you to control your lights & shades with voice control.  Our customers are finding this increasingly useful, for example opening the front door in the dark & saying “Alexa turn on hall lights” makes life really easy.

With Apple Home kit Any lighting or shade zone in the system can be added to voice control through the Lutron Connect App.

With a Connect Bridge and Google Assistant, Lutron lighting scenes can now be activated through voice commands giving each scene a name. For example “Ok google turn on kitchen” would turn on the lights in the kitchen.

Similarly any Alexa enabled device including Amazon Echo, Amazon Dot and many others can control scenes through voice commands. For example “Alexa turn on kitchen” would turn on the lights in the kitchen.
